- All custom/personalized items are final sale—no returns or refunds due to sizing or personalization.
- An order confirmation email is sent after purchase; please review all details carefully.
- Custom items undergo a quality check before shipping.
- For manufacturing defects (wrong color or design):
- Send photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
- If confirmed, we'll provide a replacement at no cost.
- Please double‑check sizing and design selections before placing your order.
